Whoever said you couldn’t mix sweet with heath conscious was WRONG! Here’s your first food idea from #MWMs Christmas Kitchen!

Homemade Oatmeal Cookies (Ingredients)
Old Fashion Oats
Craisins
Honey (Local Honey if you can find some)
Crushed Walnuts (only if you don’t have an allergy)
Flaxseed (for your flax egg)
Coconut Flour (or your flour of choice)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Olive oil (or your oil of choice)
Homemade Cornbread Muffins (Ingredients)
Yellow Corn Meal (you can select the brand of your choosing)
Fresh corn on the cob (I enjoy shucking my corn off the cob, but you can always substitute it with whole corn kernels from the can. If you select the can as an option you can choose the sweetened kernels, but do not use cream style because you’ll have to blend the corn with your batter.)
Honey (Local Honey if you can find some)
Vanilla
Olive Oil
Flaxseed (for your flax egg)
Pinch of sea salt
Vanilla Almond Milk
Coconut Flour
Baking Powder
Fruit Salad...you can make this your entrée or appetizer☺️ (Ingredients)
Fresh Arugula (Organic if you can)
Fresh Power Greens (Organic if it’s available)
Sliced Mandarins
Fresh Blackberries
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Raspberries
Crushed Walnuts (if you do not have a nut allergy)
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (if you’re not allergic to seeds)
Salad Dressing
Homemade Ginger Dressing😉
