Furthermore, under this act, health care professionals are also required to create standards for the electronic transfer and storage of health data.

 

As a client of/affiliated with MWM’s wellness services you have the right to the following:

• To request that MWM amend health information in your records.

• To request that we restrict the use and disclosure of your health information.

• To request how and where we may contact you about medical matters.
